Latte Commons is conveniently located at Guam Premier Outlets, with ample parking and approximately 17,000 square feet of air-conditioned indoor event space. The open and flexible space can accommodate gatherings of different sizes and can be configured for community events, meetings, celebrations, educational programs, markets and other private and public functions. Event requirements and policies may vary depending on the type and size of the event. Our team can help you determine the appropriate setup and arrangements for your events.
The space can be arranged in a variety of configurations, including banquet, theatre, classroom, meeting, and cocktail-style layouts. We can work with you to develop a setup that fits the size and needs of your event.
Tables and chairs are available for rent as needed.
72" x 30" tables are $10 each, and chairs are $2.50 each.
Sound equipment, displays, microphones, catering, and other event services are also available upon request. Additional charges may apply depending on the equipment and services required.
